Plue Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DoneAgo: Last Time Tracker mobile application (the "App") on Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App on either platform.

DoneAgo was built from the ground up with privacy as a core principle, not an afterthought. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal tracking data on our servers. Ever. By using DoneAgo, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Our commitment in one sentence: Your tracking data never leaves your device (or your own cloud account), and we only use crash reporting to fix bugs. Nothing else, nothing ever.

1. Overview

DoneAgo helps you track the state of cards or activities, appliances, pets, medication, chores, and shows you exactly how long ago each state last changed.

The App does not require an account. We do not operate servers that store your tracking data. Everything you create stays on your device and, depending on your platform, optionally in your own cloud account.

We use Firebase Crashlytics solely to detect and fix crashes. We do not use Firebase Analytics or any other behavioral analytics tool. We do not track how you use the app.

2. Your Information

Your App Data

All cards, states, timestamps, notes, and logs you create in the app are yours entirely.

  • Created by you
  • Stored on your device
  • Synced or backed up to your own cloud account (see Section 3)
  • Never transmitted to Plue Studio or any third party
  • Never seen, accessed, or analyzed by us

We have no idea what cards you track, how often you use the app, or what features you interact with. That is intentional.

Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics by Google to automatically detect app crashes so we can fix them. This is the only data collection the app performs.

  • Crash stack traces and diagnostics
  • Device model and OS version
  • App version at time of crash

This data does not include any of your tracking content, does not include personally identifiable information, is encrypted in transit, is used solely to fix crashes, and cannot be linked back to you as an individual.

What We Do Not Collect

To be explicit about our commitment to privacy, we do not collect:

  • Usage analytics or behavioral data of any kind
  • Feature interaction or session tracking
  • Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA)
  • Location data
  • Health or fitness data
  • Contact information
  • Any data that could identify you as an individual

3. Cloud Sync & Backup

Depending on your platform, DoneAgo offers cloud storage for your data. In all cases, your data goes to your own cloud account, not our servers.

iCloud Sync

On iOS, DoneAgo automatically syncs your data to your personal iCloud account so your cards and logs are available across all your Apple devices. Sync happens directly between your devices via Apple's servers, it does not pass through Plue Studio. We do not have access to your iCloud data at any point. Your data is tied to your Apple ID and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

You can enable or disable iCloud sync for DoneAgo at any time in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud. To permanently delete all data including iCloud-synced records, use Menu > Delete All Data inside the app.

Google Drive Backup

On Android, DoneAgo offers optional Google Drive backup as a premium feature. When enabled, your app data is backed up to your personal Google Drive account. Backup and restore happen directly between your device and Google Drive, they do not pass through Plue Studio's servers. We do not have access to your Google Drive data at any point, and we only access the specific backup file we create. Your backup data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can disable Google Drive backup at any time inside the app via Settings > Backup & Restore > Disconnect Google Drive. Previously backed-up files remain in your Google Drive until you delete them manually.

Local Backup

On Android, you can also export an encrypted backup file directly to your device storage. This file stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

4. Data Storage

Your tracking data lives on your device and, depending on your platform and preferences, in your personal cloud account. It never passes through Plue Studio's servers.

  • Local storage, all cards, states, and logs stored on-device on both platforms
  • iCloud sync, on iOS, data is automatically synced to your own iCloud account under your Apple ID, not our servers
  • Google Drive backup, on Android, an optional premium feature that backs up data to your own Google Drive account, not our servers

The only data that ever reaches any of our infrastructure is anonymous crash diagnostics sent to Firebase Crashlytics when the app encounters an error.

5. Permissions

The App requests only the permissions necessary for its core features.

Android

  • Google Play License Check, verifies your premium purchase status
  • Google Play Billing Service, handles in-app purchases
  • Foreground Service, keeps timers and tracking accurate when the app is in the background
  • Vibration, provides haptic feedback
  • Run at Startup, restores widgets and timers after device reboot
  • Schedule Exact Alarm, ensures widget timers remain accurate in real time
  • Network Access, used only for crash reporting, in-app purchases, and Google Drive backup and restore. Not used for analytics or data collection.
  • Notifications (optional), used for state change reminders. You can enable or disable at any time in device settings.

iOS

  • iCloud / CloudKit, used to sync your data across your Apple devices
  • Network Access, used only for crash reporting, in-app purchases, and iCloud sync. Not used for analytics.
  • Notifications (optional), used for state change reminders. You will be prompted to grant permission and can change this at any time in iOS Settings.

On iOS, we do not request or use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) because we do not track you.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google)

Used on both platforms to detect and report app crashes. Collects anonymous crash diagnostics only, no personal data, no tracking data, not linked to your Google account or Apple ID. See Google's Privacy Policy.

RevenueCat

Used on both platforms to verify and manage your premium purchase entitlements. RevenueCat may collect a randomized app user ID, your purchase logs from the respective app store, and device info solely to verify your subscription status. This data is not linked to your Google account, Apple ID, or your app content. They do not receive your payment details. See revenuecat.com/privacy.

Google Play & Google Play Billing

On Android, all payments are processed by Google through the Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store & StoreKit

On iOS, all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Apple iCloud (CloudKit)

On iOS, your app data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure via CloudKit and tied to your Apple ID. We use CloudKit only to read and write your own app data to your own iCloud account. We cannot access, view, or read the contents of your data. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Google Drive

On Android, if you enable Google Drive backup, your data is stored in your personal Google Drive account. We use the Drive API only to read and write your own app backup file. We do not access any other Drive content. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

7. In-App Purchases

DoneAgo offers optional premium features through one-time or subscription purchases.

  • All payments are processed by Google on Android, or Apple on iOS, through their respective app stores
  • We do not receive or store your payment information
  • Purchase status is verified through RevenueCat (see Section 6)
  • If you use Restore Purchases, your app store confirms your prior purchases, no additional data is shared with us

8. Tracking & Advertising

The App contains no advertisements. We do not use advertising networks, ad identifiers, or tracking pixels of any kind.

On iOS, DoneAgo does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not link your data with data from other companies' apps or websites. You will not see an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not engage in tracking as defined by Apple.

9. Children's Privacy

DoneAgo is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data from any users, there is nothing to collect from children either. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Data Security

Your tracking data never reaches Plue Studio's servers, so you retain full control over it at all times.

  • On iOS, Apple encrypts your iCloud data in transit and at rest per their security standards
  • On Android, Google encrypts your Drive backup data in transit and at rest per their security standards
  • On Android, local backup files are encrypted before being saved to your device
  • The only data we receive, anonymous crash diagnostics, is encrypted in transit

We recommend protecting your device with Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, PIN, or passcode to prevent unauthorized physical access to your app data.

11. Data Deletion & Retention

Since your tracking data is stored on your device and optionally in your own cloud account, you have full control over it at all times.

On iOS

To permanently delete all your data including all iCloud-synced records, use Menu > Delete All Data inside the app. This is the single action that clears everything from both your device and your iCloud account. Uninstalling the app removes local data from your device, but data previously synced to iCloud will persist until you use Menu > Delete All Data or remove it manually from iCloud.

On Android

  • Delete within the app via Menu > Delete All Data
  • Via Android Settings: Settings > Apps > DoneAgo > Storage > Clear Data
  • Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device
  • To delete Google Drive backup data, open Google Drive and delete your DoneAgo backup file manually

Crash Reporting Data

Crash diagnostics collected by Firebase Crashlytics are anonymous and cannot be tied back to you individually. Individual deletion requests are not applicable. Google retains this data per their own retention policies.

RevenueCat Data

RevenueCat retains anonymized purchase entitlement data as long as necessary to provide the service. You can contact RevenueCat at revenuecat.com/privacy for deletion requests relating to their records.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and others) to access, correct, port, restrict processing of, or delete personal data we hold about you.

Because we do not collect personal data from you directly, most of these rights apply to data held by our third-party processors (Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat). We are happy to assist you in directing requests to them.

For any privacy rights requests, please contact us at the address in Section 15.

13. Our Commitment to Privacy

DoneAgo is a tool built for how you actually live, tracking the things that matter to you, privately. We built it because we wanted an app like this to exist, not to build a data business.

We will never introduce behavioral analytics, sell data to third parties, or monetize your usage in any way. Our only revenue comes from premium feature purchases. Your data is not and never will be a product.

This commitment is not just a policy, it is reflected in the technical architecture of the app. We cannot collect what we were never built to collect.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Any changes that reduce your privacy protections will be communicated clearly in the app.
