Plue Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DoneAgo: Last Time Tracker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
DoneAgo was built from the ground up with privacy as a core principle, not an afterthought. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal tracking data. Ever. By using DoneAgo, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
DoneAgo helps you track the state of items or activities, appliances, pets, medication, chores, and shows you exactly how long ago each state last changed.
The App does not require user accounts. We do not operate servers that store your tracking data. Everything you create stays on your device, under your control.
We use Firebase Crashlytics solely to detect and fix crashes. We do not use Firebase Analytics or any other behavioral analytics tool. We do not track how you use the app.
All items, states, timestamps, and history you create in the app are yours entirely.
We have no idea what you track, how often you use the app, or what features you interact with. That is intentional.
We use Firebase Crashlytics by Google to automatically detect app crashes so we can fix them. This is the only data collection the app performs.
This data:
To be explicit about our commitment to privacy, we do not collect:
All tracking data you create lives on your device. Full stop.
We do not store, process, or have access to your tracking data on any servers.
The only data that ever leaves your device is anonymous crash diagnostics sent to Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes.
For Google Drive backup:
The App requests only the permissions necessary for its core features:
For a full list of permissions, see the Google Play Store page.
DoneAgo offers optional premium features through one-time or subscription purchases.
The App contains no advertisements. We do not use advertising networks, ad identifiers, or tracking pixels of any kind.
DoneAgo is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since we do not collect personal data from any users, there is nothing to collect from children either.
Because your tracking data never leaves your device (except to your own Google Drive if you choose), you retain full control over it at all times.
The only data we receive, anonymous crash diagnostics, is encrypted in transit.
We recommend protecting your device with a lock screen or biometric security to prevent unauthorized physical access to your data.
Since all your tracking data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.
You can delete all app data directly from within the App via Menu > Delete All Data. This permanently removes all items, states, and history from your device.
Because we do not store your tracking data on any servers, there is no server-side data to request deletion of.
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
For crash reporting data processed by Firebase Crashlytics: this data is anonymous and cannot be tied back to you individually. Because it contains no personal identifiers, individual deletion requests are not applicable. This is why the Play Store data safety section lists data deletion as unavailable, not because we are withholding anything, but because there is nothing identifiable to delete.
DoneAgo is a tool built for how you actually live, tracking the things that matter to you, privately. We built it because we wanted an app like this to exist, not to build a data business.
We will never introduce behavioral analytics, sell data to third parties, or monetize your usage in any way. Our only revenue comes from premium feature purchases. Your data is not and never will be a product.
This commitment is not just a policy, it is reflected in the technical architecture of the app. We cannot collect what we were never built to collect.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Any changes that reduce your privacy protections will be communicated clearly in the app.
