DoneAgo is a last-time tracker that lets you track not just when something was last done, but what state it's in right now, and how long it's been in that state.
You create items (like "Cat" or "Fridge"), add trackers to each item (like "Feeding" or "Vegetables"), and define the states for each tracker (like "Fed / Not Fed" or "Full / Running Low / Empty"). Tap a state button and it immediately starts counting from that moment, showing you exactly how long it's been in that state, like "2 minutes ago", "4 hours ago", or "3 days ago".
You can also edit when a state happened. So if you're setting up a new card and you already know your cat was fed 2 hours ago, or your plant was watered 4 days ago, you can set the time back to match reality. Your tracker starts accurate from day one, not just from when you installed the app.
Think of it in three layers:
Tap a state pill and the clock starts. Come back later and you'll know exactly what state it's in and how long it's been that way.
DoneAgo has two tracker types:
You can set a time threshold per state. If a tracker stays in that state longer than the threshold you've set, DoneAgo sends you a notification.
For example: if "Litter Box" is in the "Dirty" state for more than 12 hours, get a reminder. Notifications are state-aware, they won't fire for states where it doesn't matter.
You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.
You can pin any item to your home screen as a widget. The widget shows your trackers and their current states, and you can tap a state pill directly from the widget to change it, just like inside the app.
On Android, long-press your home screen and look for Widgets → DoneAgo. On iOS, long-press your home screen, tap the + button, and search for DoneAgo.
Every state change is automatically logged. Tap any Card to open its detail view, there you will see the Logs tab, click that one to see the full logs of every state and how long each one lasted. You can add notes and undo changes.
On insights tab, You can see activity patterns and gap analysis to spot trends over time.
DoneAgo has a free tier that covers the core tracking experience, and a Premium tier that unlocks the full feature set. Here is what each plan includes:
Premium is available in different plans depending on your platform. On iOS, you can choose from a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. On Android, Premium is available as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed securely by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android).
To restore a previous Premium purchase, open the upgrade screen inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your purchase will be restored to the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) you used when you originally bought it. Premium status is tied to the account it was purchased on and cannot be transferred to a different account.
Note that Premium purchases are platform-specific. An Android Premium purchase does not carry over to iOS, and vice versa. Each platform requires its own separate purchase.
If restore isn't working, contact us at [email protected] with your purchase receipt and we'll help sort it out.
On iOS, DoneAgo automatically syncs your data to iCloud (a free feature) so it's available across all your Apple devices. When you set up a new iPhone and sign in to your Apple ID, your data will restore automatically.
On Android, DoneAgo offers optional Google Drive backup as a Premium feature. You can also create a local encrypted backup file from Menu → Backup & Restore.
Go to Menu → Delete All Data inside the app. On iOS, this clears data from both your device and your iCloud account in one action. On Android, it clears your local data, but if you have a Google Drive backup, you will need to delete that file manually from your Google Drive as well.
No account is required. DoneAgo works fully offline, all your data is stored on your device. An internet connection is only needed for cloud sync/backup and in-app purchases.
No. Your tracking data never leaves your device (or your own cloud account). We only use Firebase Crashlytics to receive anonymous crash reports so we can fix bugs. We do not collect behavioral analytics, usage data, or any personally identifiable information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
